1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33mwm platform and all related services. By accessing the 33mwm.cam website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion applies only once per individual.
• Using bonus funds to apply any prohibited strategy will result in the bonus being cancelled.

• 33mwm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus balances cannot be transferred directly to another person.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If abuse of the bonus system is detected — such as using multiple accounts, artificial betting patterns, or coordinated betting — the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

7 Gaming Rules

10 Limitation of Liability

• Any delay or failure caused by a third party.
• Service interruption caused by an issue with the user's device.
